Subsidised Viewing Trips Terms & Conditions

The following guidelines have been introduced to avoid clients using viewing trips as a means of a cheap holiday, cigarette run and any other non genuine viewing trip reason.

Our subsidised viewing trips are therefore offered only on the following conditions:

• The accommodation will be for the appropriate number of nights that has been agreed by the company, subject to availability.
• We cannot accept responsibility for any cancellations made and you will be required to pay the full cost of flight charges made by the airline and accommodation if this has already been paid for.
• Clients wishing to cancel prior to departure or during the visit, must pay the full cost of the flight charges made by the airline or agent. Where there is a genuine reason for cancellation e.g. a doctor's certificate, due to ill health, etc., these charges may be covered under your travel insurance and you are advised to check your own travel insurance documents carefully, prior to booking your viewing trip, to ensure you are suitably covered.
• The accommodation or flights cannot be redeemed for cash
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over
• The inspection trip is for accommodation & contribution to flights only
• The inspection trip is non-transferable
• Only one inspection trip per couple
• The inspection trip is to include an appointment with our office in the appropriate country and failure to make this appointment will result in the full charges and cost associated with this trip being met by the client.
• It is the responsibility of the clients to arrange their own travel insurance
• The accommodation is non-negotiable - it will be of reasonable standard.  We are unable to accommodate any private requests
• No refunds of any kind can be offered in conjunction with this offer
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any change of circumstances in order to act without any unnecessary burden of cost to our company
• We cannot be held responsible for any problems incurred with the flights or accommodation - any issues will have to be taken up with the appropriate flight company or hotel.
• If there are any flight delays or cancellations which are out of our control, any third party expenditure must be claimed for through your relevant insurance policy.
• Clients are under obligation to view properties in the company of our appointed representative for the duration of your visit.
• This includes reasonable times of viewings and depending on viewing appointments or travel time to return to your accommodation, can be from 8.30am to 7.00pm (Suitable breaks in between)
• If for any reason whatsoever, clients are unable to view properties on a certain day, then the clients will be charged £150 per day expenses and Our representative reserves the right to cancel the trip and if this is the case, you will be held liable for the full charge of the trip.
• Failure to attend the agreed representative appointment will result in the full charge to the client of the trip and any expenses related to this i.e.
• Travel to Meet Client, Petrol, Meals or any sales staff accommodation If necessary.
• Any Other Expenses occurred in relation to this trip.
• Any clients, who use our inspection visit for any other reason than viewing property, will be held in breach of contract and will then be required to pay the full cost of the inspection tour, without further notice.
• Our company, cannot be held responsible for any circumstances out of their control and the company does not accept responsibility for any visa, passport controls, health formalities or other travel related matters, or loss of said items
• Any medical condition that will affect viewing properties, must be sent in writing to our company with the condition and any circumstances where this will have to be considered on the viewing trip.
• The trip may be cancelled for any of the reasons below and full charges of the trip charged to the client if :
• Clients are drunk or incapable to look at properties for any reason.
• Clients make excuses to return to the hotel earlier than the time allocated by the tour guide.
• Clients behave in an inappropriate manner at the discretion of the tour guide.
• Clients decide to cut the trip short for whatever reason. (see also note 3.)
• Clients are abusive to the tour guide.
• Unrealistic offers are placed on properties that are never realistically going to be accepted by the vendors within the local market, making a property purchase unlikely. (at the discretion of the tour guide)
• The clients behave in any way to suggest to the tour guide that they are not serious about looking at property.
• Once the booking has been verbally agreed then a contract has been agreed and you are accepting our terms & conditions which are available either on our web site, by request or on the bottom of the email.

This will have been discussed with you prior to our subsidised trip being agreed.

These terms and conditions are not required by the vast majority of serious clients who simply wish to find their dream home in the sun.
